Technical Trainer

**Duties**:

- ** **Create and review technical training programs according to organisational requirements
- Prepare training schedules? classroom agenda and training materials? such as presentations? worksheets and so on
- Develop course content according to objectives
- Perform and conduct on-site training when needed
- Manage data on completed courses? absences? issues etc 6. Evaluate overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements

**Requirements**:

- Degree in a relevant technical field (Electrical, Computer, Information Technology, Mechanical)
- 3+ years' experience of working on ATM/CRM Engineer
- 1 year experience as a Technical Trainer position
- Preferably with good communication and presentation skills Computers skills : Ms. Officer (Powerpoint, Ms. Excel) Language competency : English & Bahasa
