Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements.

Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.

Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides.

Create and maintain the information architecture

At least 1 year of proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in a technology-focused environment.

Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.

Familiarity with documentation tools, version control systems, and collaboration platforms.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Firm understanding of the systems development life cycle (SDLC).

Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics and technical information / source code.
