**Requirement**:

- Diploma, Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or any related technical fields with minimum GPA 3.00
- Experience in technical writing of software documentation
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Familiarity with the SDLC and general software development
