The Technical Writer is responsible for writing and revising training materials and manuals for internal company and customers, as well as improving the quality of system documentation to support operations in order to achieve company goals.

**Requirements**:
Minimum of a Bachelor Degree from reputable university majoring in English literature or Communications or equivalent;
A professional writer having at least 2 year experience in writing technical documents in English and preferably in IT industries;
A mature individual with good analytical skills and conversant in software terminology;
