Technical Writer (P2P Lending)

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with other departments to communicate products and engineering requirements.
- Regularly correct documents when there are any product or engineering updates.
- Disseminate technical information in easy-to-understand language for a non-technical audience.
- Create minutes of meetings with internal and external teams.
- Collect feedback from customers and internal teams.
- Create engineering requirements documentation such as API Contract and flow business process diagram.
- Create TSD, FSD, and BRD documents.
- Work closely with the Compliance team regarding the forms or documents needed.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technical Writer; working experience in Fintech industry is a plus.
- Master the structure and technical documentation writings.
- Have basic knowledge of SDLC and Software Development.
- Adaptive to management changes.
- Able to manage cross-division documentation well.
- Excellent technical writing skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good time management, organizational, and decision-making skills.
