As a Technology Support II team member in Markets Technology Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the operational stability, availability, and performance of our production application flows. Your efforts in troubleshooting, maintaining, identifying, escalating, and resolving production service interruptions for all internally and externally developed systems support a seamless user experience and a culture of continuous improvement.
Job responsibilities Analyze and troubleshoot production application flows to ensure end-to-end application or infrastructure service delivery supporting the business operations of the firm Improve operational stability and availability through participation in problem management Monitor production environments for anomalies and address issues utilizing standard observability tools Assist in the escalation and communication of issues and solutions to the business and technology stakeholders Identify trends and assist in the management of incidents, problems, and changes in support of full stack technology systems, applications, or infrastructure Lead and driving the identification and implementation of automation opportunities across the application and infrastructure environment. Assesses risks and controls including server hygiene, vulnerability & security management and recognizing gaps in processes and escalating actions plan. Supports location specific resiliency, audit and compliance activities from local CIB Tech perspective. Maintain strong partnership with different business stakeholders & liaise with local vendors, service providers and regulatory parties. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Bachelor degree in Computer Science / Engineering or other relevant majors Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology services Knowledge of applications or infrastructure in a large-scale technology environment on premises or public cloud Exposure to observability and monitoring tools and techniques Familiarity with processes in scope of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework Technology development/project management/delivery experience, preferably within Banking financial services sector. Good communication skill in English and strong proficiency in Indonesia Language is essential to liaise with the local vendors and regulators. Experience of working with internal audit teams and external regulators, especially those based in Indonesia. Willing to participate in occasional maintenance and releases on weekends and ad-hoc support after office hour. Experience of using monitoring tools & scheduling tools for production support and some level  knowledge of network infrastructure  Knowledge of Unix/Linux/SQL/Python/VBA/Scripting languages and the coding skills are preferable.
