Analyze and find the root cause of the technical issue in the production environment
- Evaluate the existing product and provide recommendations to increase the performance (e.g. success rate)
- Prevent incidents that cannot be prevented, maintaining known errors and workarounds
- Assisting clients in the integration process
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Having a minimum of 1 year of experience in Software Development, System Administration, and Operations
- Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g. postman) and experience in API Integration is a plus
- Analytical individuals who use critical thinking and technical expertise to relentlessly improve products
- Good communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Good command of English langiage both written and verbal
