Job Description Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to potential clients, providing information about products or services, and setting up appointments for sales teams.Lead Generation: Qualify leads based on pre-established criteria, identify prospects needs, and offer appropriate solutions.Sales Pitching: Deliver compelling and engaging sales pitches while maintaining a high level of professionalism.Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with potential customers, follow up on leads, and answer inquiries to ensure a positive customer experience.Meeting Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for call volume, leads generated, and conversions.CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system regarding customer interactions, sales progress, and follow-ups.Market Research: Collect and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitor information to improve sales strategies.Requirement Experience: Minimum of 2 years of telemarketing or sales experience, preferably in [industry or field].Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential customers over the phone.Sales Ability: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with experience in objection handling and closing sales.Customer-Oriented: Ability to listen to customer needs, offer solutions, and handle difficult conversations professionally.Persistence & Resilience: Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to handle rejection and stay focused on goals.
