This role requires a strategic thinker with a background in telemarketing or sales and a keen understanding of the training landscape. This English online Learning course is in Alam Sutera, South Tangerang. and as a telesales person, you have to approach potential customers via WhatsApp chat and telephone calls for the products and services offered.

**Job Descriptions**:
- Ability to identify customer needs and match Service; effective communication skills, strong negotiation skills, and product sales capabilities;
- Contact Potential Customers via WhatsApp Chat
- Make telephone calls to potential customers
- Through the company's on-the-job training, become familiar with the product content, communicate with students and understand their needs, and carry out final results;
- Regularly maintain customer relationships, improve service satisfaction, and ensure service continuity.
- Answer questions and calls from customers
- Explain product knowledge and awareness to customers
- Receive complaints from consumers
**Learning Ability**
- Have strong learning awareness and methods, and be good at absorbing new knowledge;
- Ability to serve customers;
- Sincere attitude, maintaining and serving customers through professional abilities.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Education, Communication, or a relevant advanced degree is a plus;
- Proven 1-2 years of experience in the sales or telemarketing sector;
- Priority will be given to those who have experience in the online course; have a basic understanding of the education industry especially English;
- Understanding of sales Q&A, FEAB and other knowledge.
- Can work in shifts
