**Your Key Responsibilities Will Include**- Oversees group reservations- Liase with Front Office regarding billing and group posting matters- Attending to guests' needs to ensure that they receive the best service- Providing accurate hotel information to guests and answering their queries- To be successful in this sought after role, you will demonstrate the ability to excel within a luxury brand. You will also bring with you a passion for food, excellent organisational skills as well as communication skills, be results orientated with a dedication to exceeding customer expectations.Previous experience in a five-star environment is desirable, and above all else, pride yourself on ability to build relationships and guest experiences epitomising French elegance, style and sophistication.**Requirements**:Essential and optional requirements- 1-2 years of working experience in reservations.
