We have much room for improvement and many ideas that will further shape the industry.**Responsibilities**:- Acquisitions potential customer over the phone- Performing scraping to identify potential customers- Building great relations with your customers over the phone or whatsapp- Handling shipper problematic case- Advising your customers on the best products for them to use- Managing your pipeline in our CRM and keeping management up to date of your progress**Requirements**:- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position (experienced in a logistic company would be a plus)- Preferably staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent- Have excellent ommunication & negotiation skills- Good at operating Microsoft Excel/Google Spreadsheets
