**Responsibilities**:

- Acquisitions potential customer over the phone
- Performing scraping to identify potential customers
- Building great relations with your customers over the phone or whatsapp
- Handling shipper problematic case
- Advising your customers on the best products for them to use
- Managing your pipeline in our CRM and keeping management up to date of your progress

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position (experienced in a logistic company would be a plus)
- Preferably staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent
- Have excellent ommunication & negotiation skills
- Good at operating Microsoft Excel/Google Spreadsheets
