Manage team performance to achieve daily and monthly targets (Sales number, Quality score). One team consists of 15 - 18 Telesales Operators (TSO)
Monitor and optimize TSO utilization for productivity (break/lunch, call time, not ready time, etc)
Ensure team follow rules based on Code of Conduct
Conduct daily group briefing and 1-1 coaching
Report performance on an hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Manage TSO attendance and lateness
Listen to TSO recordings to ensure they deliver the expected quality
Flooring, to get an idea of what situation happening on the floor
Analyze daily performance based on dashboard data

Do selling activity to experience selling process
**Qualifications**:
**Required language(s)**: English, Bahasa Indonesia
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.
