Tenant Relation - Apartment

Responsible for providing programs, services and informations to tenants
- Maintain effective relations with all tenants in order to ensure they are aware of their rights and responsibilities
- Minimum Associate or Bachelor Degree of any major
- Minimum 1 year of working experience as a Tenant Relation in Apartment
- Well developed communications skills including the ability to use effective listening and verbal communications skills, the ability to communicate with people at all levels and the ability to write effective business correspondence
- Customer oriented and possess or quickly develop good negotiations and conflict resolution skills
- Computer literate & proficient in Ms. Office
- Willing to be placed in Alam Sutera, Tangerang
