Tenant Relation

Jobdesc:

- Maintain relationship with tenants.
- Provide information to tenants about buidling facilities, events, etc.
- Receive, input and follow-up on requests and complaint from tenants.
- Serving the arrival of guests and asking the purpose of the arrival of guests to ensure that the visit is relevant and recorded in the documentation.
- Answer phone calls from internal and external parties by screening and forwarding incoming phone calls

Qualification:

- D3 or S1 in any major
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Able to handle complaint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using office equipment, including telephone systems and computer software (Microsoft Office).
- Able to speak in English
