Responsible for providing programs, services, and informations to tenants

Creates, updates, tracks, and closes work orders for all tenant services

Reviews, updates, and maintains property and customer files

Maintain effective relations with all tenants in order to ensure they are aware of their rights and responsibilities
Minimum Bachelor's Degree of any major

Minimum 1 year of working experience as a Tenant Relation

Well-developed communication skills including the ability to use effective listening and verbal communication skills, the ability to communicate with people at all levels, and the ability to write effective business correspondence

Customer-oriented and possess or quickly develop good negotiation and conflict resolution skills

Computer literate & proficient in Ms. Office

Willing to be placed in Alam Sutera, Tangerang
