Tenant Relation Section Head - Bsd

**Job Descriptions**:

- Receive, identify and follow up on tenant complaints by becoming a mediator with the manager in solving problems in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Provide suggestions to management regarding improvements to available facilities according to input from tenants and improvement of work systems related to tenant relations.
- Analyze all administration reports on tenant/customer complaints and monitor the resolution of complaints according to the applicable SLA.
- Implement building rules by conducting outreach to tenants and building security.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as Tenant Relations in high-rise building.
- Computer literate (Ms. Office).
- Willing to be placed in BSD City.
