**Responsibility**:
Control and supervise all service requests form tenants.

Maintaining network & relation with tenants or customers

Make regular reports on tenant relations and reports on tenant relations programs

Ensure have a Good Coordination with other related department

**Requirements**:
At least 2 years of working experience as Tenant Relation Leader at Mall

Preferably Supervisor specializing in Customer Service or equivalent

Strong leadership

Familiar in Microsoft Office

Must look presentable

Having good communications and interpersonal skills

Willing to be placed at PIK Avenue - North Jakarta or Mall of Indonesia - North Jakarta
