Tenant Relations Staff

1. Supporting the unit preparation in order to meet customer's satisfaction upon check in
2. Handing tenant's complain with empathy and professionalism and finding suitable solutions to meet customer's satisfaction.
3. Maintaining positive relationship with valued residents by joining events conducted on the weekend or national holidays
4. Check in & check out process and prepare
5. Contact clients to make good relationship
6. Supporting team
7. Renewal contract or existant tenants

Skill Requirement:
1. Excellent English communication skill
2. Excellent Japanese (JLPT N3 Level)
3. Customer Service
4. Willing to work on the weekend/national holidays when needed
5. Excellent problem solving skills
6. Independent personality & willing to support the team

Experience:
1. Prosses work experience from the similar industry, hospitality or customer service for mínimal 3 years.

**Salary**: Rp6,000,000 - Rp8,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
