Position Overview

**Responsibilities**:

- Possess deep understanding of the business scenarios over key accounts, combined with the characteristics of Tencent Cloud products and solutions to help customers resolve any technical issues and difficulties; assist customers in expansion, adjustment and optimization of business structure.
- Communicate closely with key accounts through various means to gain insights on customers' pain points and product tool improvements, and continuously improve customers satisfaction and product experience.
- Provide proactive services to help customers anticipate and avoid foreseeable technical problems; quickly locate and deal with customers' technical issues and faults around network, load-balancing, server, database, etc.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or its equivalents; relevant public cloud certificates would be highly preferred.
- At least 5 years of public cloud technical and client facing experience
- Strong technical knowledge and practical experience on Linux system and TCP/IP protocol; Ability to navigate on relevant tools for troubleshooting analysis and tuning
- Expert in the technical principles and common solutions of DNS/LB/CDN/DB/security attack and defense/disaster tolerance architecture/high concurrency tuning
- Experience in audio and video/ SDK R&D/ DevOps/ big data/ AI/ TCE/ Docker is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Business-level command in Chinese Mandarin is highly preferred but not mandatory.
- Customer-service oriented and collaborative. Strong sense of responsibility, and able to work under fast paced environment.
