Tender And Purchasing Staff - Semarang

**Job Descriptions**:- Receive requirements from all departments for tendering process and check whether all details were filled properly giving all the details.- Prepare standardized tender templates and documents.- Prepare initial tender documentations and coordinate in obtaining the required approvals.- Assemble and maintain internal Procurement documentation relating to the tendering process, including recording management approval relating to tendering.- Prepares Tenders / PO status reports and expected timelines on a regular basis and when requested.- Carryout administrative work of all works related to tender process and procurement including awarding bids.- Sourcing for goods/services and sourcing for new suppliers/vendorsevaluating vendors, negotiating and preparing PO and monitoring for delivery of goods/services.**Job Qualifications**:- Minimum Bachelor Degree in ( Civil / Mechanical/ Electrical/ Any major w/ related experiences).- Minimum 2 years in related field, preferably in tender management / procurement field / Quantity Surveyor ME.- Familiar with SAP/ any procurement systems- Willing to be placed in Semarang.
