Tender And Purchasing Staff - Semarang

**Job Descriptions**:

- Receive requirements from all departments for tendering process and check whether all details were filled properly giving all the details.
- Prepare standardized tender templates and documents.
- Prepare initial tender documentations and coordinate in obtaining the required approvals.
- Assemble and maintain internal Procurement documentation relating to the tendering process, including recording management approval relating to tendering.
- Prepares Tenders / PO status reports and expected timelines on a regular basis and when requested.
- Carryout administrative work of all works related to tender process and procurement including awarding bids.
- Sourcing for goods/services and sourcing for new suppliers/vendors
evaluating vendors, negotiating and preparing PO and monitoring for delivery of goods/services.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in ( Civil / Mechanical/ Electrical/ Any major w/ related experiences).
- Minimum 2 years in related field, preferably in tender management / procurement field / Quantity Surveyor ME.
- Familiar with SAP/ any procurement systems
- Willing to be placed in Semarang.
