Tender & Commercial Admin (South Jakarta Base)

Key Role is to provide effective administrative support to the tender team member to ensure they are equipped to deliver a first-class service in the tendering and bidding process, including providing direct help with the associated process. The role will involve tender preparation and co-ordination from initial distribution to completion and submission whilst observing a high level of customer care at all times.
- Male or Female
- Fresh Graduate are welcome
- Bachelor degree in Geophysicist
- Active in using English language (spoken and written).
- Familiar with Microsoft (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, MS Project
