- Review tender documents and specifications to understand project requirements.
- Coordinate with various internal departments to gather necessary information for tender submissions.
- Prepare and submit tender proposals, ensuring compliance with client requirements and deadlines.
- Conduct cost estimation and pricing analysis to determine competitive bid prices.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain quotes and pricing information.
- Participate in tender clarification meetings and site visits as required.
- Maintain accurate records of all tender documentation and communications.
- Evaluate tender feedback and debriefs to identify areas for improvement.
- Support the transition from tender phase to project execution, providing necessary information and insights to project teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform tendering strategies.
**What You Bring**
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Proven experience in tendering and bidding processes within utility or Industrial area.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of construction methods and materials.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tendering software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in tender document preparation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience with project management and cost estimation is desirable.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards governing tendering processes.
