Placement at Puri, Jakarta Barat
- Min 2-3 years as a tendering staff document.
- Have a minimum bachelor's degree in management or any related majors.
- Having experience with ERP system.
- Knowing the phase of the tender/project process (both online ePROC & offline).
- Having experience & able to operate/manage electronic Procurement (ePROC) customers.
- Understand goods delivery procedures and all stakeholders inside.
- Can work individually and as a team.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and time management.
- Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office (MS. Excel, Adobe, Outlook).
- Administration management (detailing, filing, file tracking and creating paperwork/letters).
- Having experience in Oil & Gas customer would be an advantage
