Terminal Manager - Logistics

**About the Company**:
Our client is a prominent terminal tanker company in Indonesia with a diverse portfolio and a strong foothold in the logistics and terminal management space. With a strong pipeline and multiple projects dotted across, they continue to capture greater market share.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain terminal and to check and ensure that all activities in the terminal are in accordance with the company's quality system and the terminal safety rules and regulations as per national and international standard.
- To optimize operations to achieve maximum efficiency and profitability for the company with high fiduciary standards.
- Develop strategic plans to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of supply chain and operations
- Ensure operations run smoothly, maintain a high degree of integrity at all times and in all circumstances
- Develop strategies, policies, procedures, and overall team to optimize value of the entire operations and distribution department
- Develop and manage quarterly and yearly strategic departmental budgets

**Key Requirements**:

- At least 8-12 years' experience in a complex supply chain and logistics management company
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field from reputable University. Master's degree is advantageous.
- Proven success in operations excellence within tanker and storage management industry - able to innovate with new ideas to achieve efficiency
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and management skills
- A real go-getter, strong resilience and Hard worker
