Engage with retailers to increase product awareness, visibility, and sales.

Plan and execute promotional activities with the support of sales promoters to boost product sales.

Work closely with sales promoters to ensure they effectively promote products and achieve set goals.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of products to provide accurate information to distributors, retailers, and sales promoters.
Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.

Keep track of inventory levels, ensure timely restocking, and manage product distribution.

Generate regular reports on sales performance, promotional activities, and market feedback.

Build and maintain positive relationships with key customers, resolving issues promptly.

Train and develop sales promoters to enhance their selling skills and product knowledge.

Manage and allocate budgets for promotional activities and marketing initiatives.

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
