Test Lead

**Job Requirement**

Key Responsibilities:
As a Test Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Telecom products and services.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading a team of talented testers to conduct SIT and UAT activities.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
- Overseeing the execution of test cases, identifying defects, and managing defect tracking and resolution.
- Implementing and maintaining testing standards and best practices.
- Analyzing test results and preparing comprehensive test reports.
- Ensuring test environments are properly set up.
- Mentoring and training team members to enhance their skills.
- Contributing to continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Telecom, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.).
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Telecom software testing.
- Proven experience in SIT and UAT testing methodologies and tools.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Knowledge of Telecom industry standards and trends.
- Adept at problem-solving and attention to detail.
