Since commencing in 2002 with a single discipline of Fare Loading the business has grown today to supporting over 100+ independent work disciplines including Ticketing, Land and Cruise Travel Distribution, Fare Auditing, Finance and Accounting, Robotic Process Automation and Travel Technology.

We are looking for Fare Audit team members to assist the team's objective to audit the fares by comparing fares in GDS, spreadsheet, and fare sheet. To succeed in this role, you should be detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with strong analytical and good English skills.

**Responsibilities**:
Analyzing the fare sheets in GDS and client's system.

Reporting on audit findings to the client.

Keeping productivity benchmark and accuracy as per team's minimum standard

Following instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform assigned tasks.

Ensuring that all work is processed according to the team's minimum standard.

Reporting any issues or system limitations to the direct supervisor.

**Qualifications**:
Good communication skills in English (both written & spoken)

Excellent analytical skills

Experienced in travel or tourism industry

GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, and Galileo) experience

Having Audit skill

Having intermediate Excel skill


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
