Tiktok Ads Specialist

Manage Live Streaming Ads and Short Video Ads on TikTok.
- Monitor live streaming and short videos regularly.
- Adjust ad plans according to real-time performance.
- Increase conversion rate or ad performance.
- Develop ad strategies and manage ad budgets.
- Optimize buyer data.
- Analyze ad data and create weekly reports, providing feedback to relevant teams.
- Communicate with the operations team and content team regarding data optimization.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree from all majors.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in TikTok Ads or similar field.
- Proficient in TikTok ads.
- Experience in handling TikTok affiliates.
- Data-sensitive and capable of data analysis.
- Strong communication skills.
