About the team
In this role you will have to acquire and cultivate creators in a scalable way to create e-commerce content in TikTok. This role will require daily interaction with local creators.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for the management and daily operation of Indonesian e-commerce TikTok Shop Top MCN;
- Responsible for the operation of the MCN sector, familiar with the platform operation rules, maintain a good cooperative relationships with key MCNs, and be able to carry out various businesses efficiently;
- Responsible for the recruitment, support and management of the agency, as well as layout the operations management planning of the agency in the Indonesian market and the industry;
- Understand domestic e-commerce ecology, be familiar with the current situation and gameplay of domestic MCN, and have insights on the practical monetization modes for MCN
- Possess resources and capabilities for business expansion, XFN, and cross-industry cooperation. Able to work closely with creators and sellers to achieve project team matchmaking goals
- Understand the overall LIVE industry trends, timely and accurately research and analyze competitors' operating dynamics, and propose corresponding countermeasures.
**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience with strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- More than 3 years of Internet operation related experience, business resources or e-commerce MCN related experience is preferred;
- Self-driven, with a strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, thinking about the essence, resilience, and being able to continuously promote complex problems to be solved;
- Love the livestream&video industry, have enthusiasm for creation and creators, a strong sense of responsibility and strong execution.
- Have a wide network of creators agencies will be a plus.
