About the Team
TikTok E-Commerce Creator Growth and Development Team's objective is to acquire and cultivate creators in a scaleable way to create E-Commerce content in TikTok. This role will help to contribute creator academy content.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain relationships with TikTok Shop MCN/TAP
- Assist MCN/TAP in developing their creator collaborate strategy and sales growth plans
- Analyze data and provide insights to MCN/TAP to help them optimize their business, and improve sales performance
- Facilitate collaborations between MCN/TAP and all Indonesia industry merchants
- Provide support and troubleshooting for technical issues that MCN/TAP may encounter
- Collaborate with other teams at TikTok to give MCN/TAP access to resources, tools, and opportunities
**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, influencer/creator/MCN management, or a related field
- Experienced in working in the e-commerce business or Affiliate/MCN industry.
- Familiar with products and brands, brand-side experiences are preferred,
Strong understanding of TikTok's platform, content creators and audience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with experience analyzing data and providing insights to others
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- A good team player, fast learner and open to challenges
- Experience in content-driven ecommerce is highly preffered
- Familiar with products and brands, brand-side experiences are preferred.
