Time Management Administrator

In order to support the Human Resources department in Kumanovo, we are looking for **Time Management Administrator** **who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm. Use this chance and join our success!

**Tasks**:

- Support and advise associates in simple personnel, social and labor law questions
- Carry out individual personnel measures in cooperation with management taking into consideration internal and external guidelines
- Maintains the SAP Time and Attendance system by entering all types of presence and absence ( business trips, overtime, sick leave, unpaid leave, paid leave etc.) on daily basis
- Communicate the Error report with respective Managers and Assistants to determine the types of errors (presence or absence irregularities) on daily basis
- Reviews the feedback from the respective Managers and Assistants, determines discrepancy and follow up on missing information
- Responsible for issuing and distribution of ID cards for the employees

**Profile**:

- University degree
- 2 years in Human Resources is preferrable
- Good command of MS-Office
- Working knowledge of written and spoken English (German language will be considered as advantage)
- Skills in database management and recordkeeping
- Knowledge of ERP-Time Attendance, knowledge of labor law and SAP is a must
