**TMS Business Representative**
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to target and acquire new clients in the logistics industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify current trends, competitor activities, and business growth opportunities.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Transport Management System (TMS) software market, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products to potential clients.
- Utilize CRM software and other sales management tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and optimize the sales process.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with target customers.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our TMS software.
- Stay updated on industry developments and technological advancements to remain competitive in the market.
- Work both independently and as part of a cohesive sales team, sharing insights and strategies to achieve collective goals.
- Analyze customer feedback and market data to identify areas for improvement in the TMS software and relay this information to the product development team.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for clients, fostering long-term relationships.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand the company's presence and establish connections within the logistics industry.
- Conduct regular training sessions for clients and internal teams to ensure a thorough understanding of the TMS software's capabilities and updates.
- Create detailed sales reports and forecasts for the management team, providing insights into sales performance and potential growth opportunities.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of proven success in sales, preferably within the logistics industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to understand complex customer needs
- Extensive knowledge of the Transport Management System (TMS) software market
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales management tools
- Familiarity with current market trends and competitor activities in the TMS industry
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, adapting quickly to changing circumstances
- Experience in selling technology services, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
