Job Summary- With limited supervision is responsible to design, implement, maintain and manage the policies, procedures and operations necessary for Third Party Administrators managing unbundled claim services within the Business Unit Claims operation in order to ensure the Third Party Administrators service meets the needs of Zurich and its customers. Helps to ensure the function is fully compliant with regulatory requirements.- Job Qualifications- Required:
- Bachelors Degree and 5 or more years of experience in the Operations area within the Insurance industry- Experience in insurance industry operations and systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities- Create agreement and build direct hospital network that focuses on 50-100 hospitals that our customers frequently visit
- Day to day working with TPA to increase performance in terms of servicing, analysis of trend claims, hospital charges and trend updates within competitors
- Working with Claim to ensure all the cashless process are in place
- Working with other Departments that related to TPA and Provider Relation Management : Opex, IT, L&C, Medicillin etc
