Job Purpose and Impact
The Trade Compliance Operations Senior Analyst will perform a range of moderate-to-complex activities using comprehensive trade compliance operations knowledge. Using independent, critical problem-solving skills, you'll collaborate with internal and external business partners to drive continuous improvement. Key Accountabilities
Coordinate and process the execution of global trade compliance operations activities, and pre/post transactional audits and trade data to ensure data integrity, adherence to processes, control effectiveness and compliant performance.
Manage and ensure Customs Clearance process / activities as per SLA, KPI designed.
Ensures pre-transaction regulatory requirements are fulfilled, using a substantial knowledge and understanding of global trade compliance operations practices and procedures.
Applies substantial understanding of global trade compliance operations practices and procedures to ensure compliant execution of cross border transactions
Ensures that global trade operations procedures are supported by proper due diligence demonstrating reasonable care.
Utilizing a thorough understanding of trade compliance laws, regulations, practices and procedures, and work with country Manager / Area Lead and Compliance excellence team to resolve issues.
Implements and monitor on day-to-day activity global trade operations and compliance processes, standard operating procedures, and other compliance-related activities.
Collaborates with the different teams and functions to facilitate the execution the businesses global trade activities, focusing on compliance with both the foreign trade regulations and operational efficiencies.
Develop a relationship with local governmental agencies in the respective country, in cooperation with appropriate functional areas and our brokers, facilitating a free flow of our goods through the borders, including the use of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and regular internal report.
To monitor Customs Broker Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and compliance through regular interaction and running customs broker evaluation program as per designed.
Monitor and provide quarterly, bi-weekly and/or monthly metrics and reports.
Support Continuous Improvement initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years' experience in the areas of customs, import/export, operations.
Demonstrated ability to excel in ambiguous situations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office with expertise in Microsoft Excel.
Fluent English and local language in both written and verbal.
Highly collaborative - ability to excel in a team environment.
Self-starter - highly motivated with demonstrated initiative.
Preferred Qualifications
Certified as Customs Declarant / Customs Broker License.
Experience with SAP and GTS (Global Trade Services) module.
Experience executing and ensuring trade compliance operations of Free Trade Agreement (FTA), Duty Draw Back and Free Trade Zone operations is a plus.
