Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.
**Responsibilities**:
- Plan and execute trade marketing strategy to support the sales team
- Develop and execute in-store activation plans that align with overall brand strategy and drive sales
- Plan and execute activities to support new product launch and increase brand visibility
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for in-store marketing and merchandising
- Manage & build relationships with external vendors, community, public institutions, etc
- Working closely and coordinate with Area Sales Supervisor
**Requirements**:
- Min. Bachelor degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related fields
- Min. 1 year experience as Marketing / Brand Activation / Event Organizer / any related fields
- Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skill
- Skilled at working collaboratively, developing creative solutions, and accomplishing team goals
- Can join immediately would be a plus
