We are now hiring a **Trade Marketing Manager** to develop our **Modern Trade channel strategy **for optimal product assortment and placement, as well as aligning the marketing strategies & trade program with the our brand strategy.- Degree holder with minimum 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing within the FMCG industry in Modern Trade channel.- Solid in data analysis, able to crunch numbers and keep track of business profit.- Possess financial projection and cost control capability.- Time and project management skills.- Adept personality and able to work with multiple stakeholder.**Job Role**:- Develop and lead annual channel strategy based on consumer, shopper, and channel insights.- Collaborate with shopper to develop and communicate sales and execution channel standards (look of success) of each program.- Managing frontliner data to be insightful report for decision making and further improvement.- Develop promotion strategy to drive offtake, including Return On Investment (ROI) planning for pre-promo and review for post executed promotion in an effort to drive continuous improvement for future programming.- Controlling budget through Trade Promo budget management.- Leading the translation and execution of the marketing strategy into impactful retailer programs, respecting and tracking budget and commercial targets.- Building Go to Market Strategy to provide value for customer and achieve competitive advantage.- Driving new product distribution and improving visibility.- Analyzing monthly sales data monthly to find opportunities to drive efficiency and increase sales achievement.- Implementing, monitoring and improving processes to link all marketing activities with the activities of the sales team.If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.
