**Position Overview**:As the Trade Marketing Manager for our esteemed Home Living brand, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive trade marketing strategies. Your focus will be on enhancing brand visibility, driving in-store campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align efforts with overall sales and marketing objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Trade Marketing Plan Development**: Create and implement a robust Trade Marketing Plan aligned with sales and marketing objectives, overseeing the associated budget.
- ** In-Store Planning and Execution**: Excel in in-store planning, execution, and tracking to improve brand presence and ensure alignment with annual marketing priorities.
- ** Channel-Specific Strategies**: Collaborate in developing and implementing channel-specific marketing strategies to maximize brand impact across various trade channels.
- ** Trade Promotions and Campaigns**: Conceptualize and execute trade promotions and in-store campaigns in conjunction with marketing and sales teams to drive brand engagement.
- ** Partnership Activation**: Lead activation programs with partners to enhance brand visibility and strengthen collaborative relationships.
- ** Point of Sales Visits**: Regularly visit points of sale to ensure brand visibility, adherence to guidelines, and gather insights for continuous improvement.
**Key Requirements**:
- ** Experience**: Minimum of 5 years in trade marketing for direct-to-consumer brands, with 1-2 years of team management experience.
- ** Education**: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- ** Communication Skills**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- ** Analytical Skills**: Data-driven with excellent presentation skills to convey insights effectively.
- ** Market Awareness**: Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends, particularly within the Home Living segment.
