**About the Role**:
If you're looking for a role with variety, this is it. As a Trade Marketing Specialist, your main focus will be to support all in country trade marketing activities such as POSM management, Activity Calendar Management, In-store Activation & Execution, and Sales capability building..

**Main Responsibilities**:

- POSM Management- Lead the adaptation of Key Visuals into high quality & impactful POSM in-alignment with brand proposition,
- Collection of local trade and competitor display activities via periodic market visits, shopper audits, competitor activity reports
- Responsible as the key contact with local agency to sourcing, design and communication for POSM development
- Manage assigned POSM budget, generating PO#, co-ordinatingarrivals and warehouse stock management
- Trade Marketing Calendar (Activity Grid) Management- Support the CTM (Country Trade Marketing) to identify, initiate and collaborate on local key programs which adds brand value, drive volume and sales
- Be the central coordination point for execution of all Channel and Category (C&C) strategies & Local Sales initiatives to ensure successful deployment in trade
- Assist channel inputs into the yearly Cascade planning process by identifying the key opportunities (incorporating touchpoints, channel specific learning, competitor analysis and Best practice inputs)
- Collaborate with the Commercial Development team to track and review trade execution mechanisms, assessing the efficiency & ROI of the execution mechanisms.
- Co-ordinate communication with the Distributor team and C&C teams to provide appropriate information and deliverables
- Ensure all functions deliver on the Activity Grid (AG), forward plans (Canvas), on-going regional or local led projects, through creation and ownership of Trade Bulletin
- Participate in monthly Brand workshops as represenatiative from Local Trade Marketing
- Shopper Activation Planning & In Store Execution- Assist to deploy effective in-store activities to generate strong shelf off-take
- Manage promoter/merchandiser with agency and understand key drivers and drainers and ensure learnings are translate into activation plans.
- Assist in MyPS, to compile, conduct analysis and action oriented plans for monthly, quarterly and yearly scores and results
- Sales Capability Building & Customer team support- To assist capability building of Sales team via ,commercial selling story, development of selling kit, catalogues and results tracking
- Assist to provide customer profit story and selling details for relevant activations
- Influence the business to support sales team development and to assist in selling skills
- Provide trade support to sales team for customer business reviews and business development plus joint working projects

**Who we are looking for**:

- Bachelor degree in relevant field
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Trade Marketing operations
- Experience gained preferably in an FMCG environment
- Experience in managing and coordinating the complete process flow of in-store activities
- Fluency in English
- Proactive, resilient, self-motivated, dynamic, growth mindset
