As a Trading Services Officer, you will be responsible for managing support services, problem handling, consultation and assistance for users of trading systems, securities transaction reporting systems and datafeed systems, updating exchange member (AB) data, participants, Datafeed Customers and users (user-id) on trading systems, systems reporting of securities transactions and data systems, granting system and AB development permits to support the implementation of fair, orderly, and efficient trading on an ongoing basis.
**Specific Criteria**:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/ Information System/ Computer Science/ Electrical Engineering
Have good knowledge of IT fundamental (HW/SW/NW), IT Service Management, Network fundamental
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, data processing
Strong public speaking, writing and reporting, and presenting
**General Requirements**:
Graduated from a reputable university with min. GPA 3.00
Computer literate (Microsoft Office, MS Excel, & Power Point)
Good communication skill (in Indonesia & English), both verbally and writing
Having knowledge related to Capital Market will be an advantage.
