Traffic Controller - First Mile (Surabaya)

We are looking for a competent Traffic Controller to join our team.
Here is the detail of the job descriptions.
- Monitoring Shipment
- Monitoring Route and Shipment Data
- Collect documents from driver
- Maintain good relationship with transporter and driver
- Ensure 90% ontime shipment
- Escalation Issue (Overnight or Additional Charges due to TKBM to unit concerns)

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as Traffic Controller or relevant position
- Preferably have a background in logistic company
- Have experience in handling Customer/Client
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
- Active listener with excellent communication skills
