Trainer (Jakarta)

Job Description:
1. Day to day task will be working under Merchant Operations Team on growing merchant community audience and

engagement

2. Responsible for the effective communication of education and brand awareness to merchants through community

media channels and offline activities

3. Support in the development of learning programmes, from research and preparation of materials to delivery of

training

4. Report and evaluate all communications initiatives to determine impact and effectiveness

5. Required to perform ad-hoc tasks as needed by the Team to improve overall business

6. Working and collaborating across team

Team

Criteria:
1. Minimum educational background: S1 (Graduated) from reputable university

2. Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English, as well as public speaking and presentation skills

3. Analytical and critical thinking thinking with strong problem solving skills

4. Understand how to use Microsoft Office and GSuite and are fluent in the usage of shortcuts, formulas, and pivot

tables

5. Ability to work in fast-paced environments

6. Prior working experience in handling community is desired

Pay: From Rp506,738,100 per month
