What You Will Do
a. Developing and conducting training programs for content moderators, ensuring they understand content policies, guidelines, and best practices.
b. Creating training materials, presentations, and modules to support content moderation training.
c. Providing coaching and feedback to content moderators to improve their content evaluation skills and performance.
d. Conducting regular training assessments to measure the effectiveness of the training programs.
e. Keeping up-to-date with content moderation trends, policies, and industry best practices to incorporate them into the training curriculum.
f. Collaborating with content moderation managers and cross-functional teams to identify training needs and areas for improvement.
g. Monitoring and evaluating the performance of content moderators post-training and providing additional support as needed.
h. Ensuring that content moderators maintain high-quality content standards and adhere to company guidelines.
i. Developing and implementing refresher training sessions to keep content moderators up-to-date with changing policies and practices.
j. Assisting in the onboarding process for new content moderators and providing them with comprehensive training.
What You Will Need
a. Minimal education D3/S1
b. Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively deliver training sessions.
c. In-depth knowledge of content moderation policies, guidelines, and best practices.
d. Experience in designing and conducting training programs, preferably in content moderation or a related field.
e. Ability to adapt training content and delivery based on the learning needs and preferences of the trainees.
f. Excellent interpersonal skills to build a rapport with content moderators and provide constructive feedback.
g. Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify areas of improvement in content evaluation.
h. Familiarity with e-learning tools and platforms to support online training delivery.
i. Proficiency in using training management systems to track trainees' progress and performance.
j. Patience and the ability to work with a diverse group of trainees with varying skill levels.
k. Previous experience in content moderation or quality assurance roles is a plus.
