Training And Development Manager

Assess Training Needs Analysis based in all department
- Design Training Method based on organizational goals
- Create and Design Training Syllabus and Module with different levels
- Create budgets for all costs associated with training, and write detailed reports to justify expenditures for reporting to company management
- Build annual and monthly training program and prepare training plans to maximize the monthly outcome
- Monitor training activities to ensure they are relevant and effective
- Review and Evaluate Training impact in particular level
- Developing Organizational Talent
- Developing member's skill and competencies by planning effective development activities related to current and future positions and needs.

**Requirements**:

- Max 45 years old
- Bachelor in any field (Preferable in Psychology)
- Experience as Trainer or Training minimum 5 years
- Advanced computer skills: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, and Visio
- Successfully designs, develops and manages complex programs
- Certified BNSP as Trainer
- Strong Communication Skill
- Leadership, analytical thinking, and problem solving skill
- Well organized and detail oriented
- Will be based in Makassar
