Responsibilities: Develop training material related to company products Deliver training sessions or programs using comprehensive knowledge of the subject, both internally and externally. Evaluating user needs: assessing users' current knowledge levels and decide which instructional areas could be beneficial for training.  Identify and analyze user insights based on trainings conducted Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, administration, management, communication, human resource, or equivalent.  Minimum IELTS Score ranges between 6.0 to 6.5 out of 9.  Minimum TOEFL score for paper-based test is 550 or 80-85 for Internet-based test Minimum 1 year of experience in training or related field
