Job Description: 1. TrainingPlan, organize and monitoring the annual and monthly training schedules, including onboarding for new employees.Facilitate interactive activities during training sessions.Coordinate with global teams to ensure training programs are aligned.Track training attendance and ensure proper documentation.Manage Learning Management System and Training ReportingPlan and organize the Trainer Program 2. People DevelopmentAct as a key point of contact for initiatives across Southeast Asia, providing updates and ensuring activities run smoothly.Submit reports and support regional projects and activities.Organize employee engagement activity. 3. Talent ManagementMaintain employee profiles, ensuring information is up to date.Support the process for employee performance reviews and provide necessary reports for monitoring and tracking progress. 4. Employee Performance EvaluationAssist in improving the performance review process.Collect and organize performance review documents and facilitate review meetings.Ensure the necessary materials are shared with department leaders for performance discussions. 5. HR SupportKeep employee data updated and generate reports as needed.Assist with the implementation of HR systems and ensure accuracy in data reporting.Support internal HR communications and reporting activities.
