PT. Goodyear Indonesia Tbk is looking for Training & Development Analyst with below Job Description & Requirements:
**Responsibilities**:
**TRAINING**
- Develop detailed task list for each job with the help on content expert. Delegate tasks, support/oversee completion of tasks, and evaluate job performance
- Conduct Training Need Analysis & define training plan in respective area
- Together with People Development Manager to set the annual schedule of activities and their budgets, and to plan the allocation of tasks and activity specific budgets to other members of the team or Labor Trainers.
- Develop, revise and implement custom and standard training packages including presentations, role plays, handouts, manuals, exercises, and other resource materials
- Ensure that appropriate and timely counseling is given to trainees and labor trainer when progress and for performance is not up to standard do this through Function Leader.
- Maintain training program for annual certification.
- Implement and support learning programs that develop the talent in the organization such as: High Potential programs, Plant Optimization, Global English, Internship program, On boarding/Induction program among others.
- Track and report defined metrics that build accountability, measure results, and optimize the impact of the strategic talent management function
- Complete all documentation associated with the process. Assure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices and company regulation
**RECRUITMENT**
- Build skills, capabilities & talent bench strength. Coordinate and support recruitment and selection processes
- Onboarding new operator (new hire & new transfer)
- Successfully deploy local programs & projects, such as Employer Branding initiatives, team member assessments and training programs.
**Job Requirement**:
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering or related field
- 3 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in a manufacturing company
- Experience in handling several HR spectrums related, such as Recruitment, People Development, Performance Management
- Excellent on computer literacy (MS Office)
- Fluent in English both oral & written
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good presentation skill
- High initiative and service oriented
