Training & Development Collection Manager

Ensure accurate reporting of new joiner training provided by trainers.
- Deliver refresher training to existing employees and ensure proper documentation.
- Maintain and update the schedule for refresher training sessions.
- Regularly review and update training materials on a monthly basis.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, with a preference for backgrounds in finance, banking, or related fields.
- **At least 2 years of valuable experience as a Trainer or QC** to our dynamic team.
