- Create and modified training module
- Manage training activity
- Actively coordinated with other department
- Design training need analysis (TNA)
- Monitor, evaluate or record training activities program effectiveness and learning journey

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree at any majors
- Proven experience as Training & Development Officer
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Pay: Rp800,000,000 - Rp840,000,000 per month
